Sensory Tools is an Australian Company that Ships from Australia with discounted Rates to New Zealand
Shipping Policy

Orders which are NZ$200 and over ,shipped to New Zealand will incur GST payable by the receiver.
Customs charges and duties (if applicable) charged by the NZ Customs Service must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider. 
Sensory Tools is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charge and duties.  Please note that separate orders placed on the same day will still be subject to the customs charges and duties.

All orders are expected to be dispatched within 2 working days.

Sensory Tools utilise the Australia Post E Parcel system  Here. Once the product has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with the tracking details, you can then track your order through to delivery.

Should an item be out of stock this item will be dispatched as soon as it is received.

If you feel that delivery is taking too long, contact us and we can give you the information regarding the expected delivery date as supplied by Australia Post.

 

 

Returns Policy

Sensory Tools endeavours to ensure all products are of the highest standard and a full description is available on this website.

However we understand that there may be times when a product may contain a manufacturing defect or not meet your expectations.

We are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement for a "change of mind". However if we do agree to accept your "change of mind" we request that they are returned in original sealed packaging and condition.

 

Returns:
Please check all items on opening.  If you are not fully satisfied with any of the products you have ordered from Sensory Tools we are happy to exchange the product or arrange to refund the purchase price.

Please:

You will be then asked to supply

  • Photos of the damaged item or
  • Return the goods in their original condition with original packaging
  • Please send a copy of your original invoice with the item/s

Please choose carefully as is standard practice with CD and DVD sales we can not accept returns of CDs or DVDs unless items are faulty.
